A unique experience!
Today we traveled to northwest Connecticut to fill in some gaps in our ice cream quest and ended up at the Cornwall Market in Cornwall. After multiple attempts to get ice cream at the Market we achieved success today!
The Market uses a novel table top machine called the ColdSnap Frozen Treat Machine, which uses a canister filled with all kind of flavors. The machine chills the fluid and produces a soft-serve product in a couple minutes. All in all we thought this was pretty unique.
Any guess what I tried? Yes coffee of course and it was actually very good. So good that once I started consuming this soft-serve delight I forgot to photograph the finished product. Maureen demonstrated some self control and enjoyed a hot cappuccino that was also very good.
I doubt this will be the last time we visit Cornwall and we will certainly stop in again to see what else is new.
